Core Values

All stakeholders in a community must be involved in improving teaching and learning.
All stakeholders have a vested wealth in the social, cultural and intellectual development of all children; especially those children that historically have been and are on the bottom of the educational realm.
All stakeholders must participate in implementing the research that gives evidence to the growth in achievement of historically under- served populations.
All stakeholders must examine the practices and policies in their communities that accelerate or impede the academic outcomes of children of color.
School accountability must be driven by community stakeholders, including students, parents, families and organizations with an educational focus. The role of these stakeholders includes reviewing, monitoring and collaborating with traditional public and charter schools that receive local tax dollars.
